DELIVERY POLICY

 

The important stuff ....

Free delivery to your door on all orders over R3000.  We charge a flat rate of R250 if your order is under R3000.

Next day delivery in Cape Town excluding weekends and Public Holidays

3-7 business days for deliveries outside of Cape Town

Please note that we do not deliver to farms or Informal Settlements.

We insure all of your purchases during shipping.

 

Online Ordering and Email Confirmation

Products purchased through the Safescreen.co.za website will be delivered to a physical address of your choice, which must be selected during the online ordering process.  As soon as your order is dispatched, we will send you a confirmation email with tracking details.

Courier Delivery

Deliveries will be performed by a courier company engaged by Dispensing Technology Solutions PTY Ltd.

The delivery service is available from 8am until till mid-afternoon during weekdays only, and no deliveries will be made on weekends or public holidays.  Our courier will maintain a safe distance, but you may be required to sign for delivery and to provide a valid form of identification when your order is delivered.

If you are not available to take delivery of your order, we will attempt either one or two more deliveries to the physical address that you provided during the online ordering process and, if still unsuccessful, either DTS or the courier company, acting on DTS's behalf,  will call you to arrange, in its sole and absolute discretion, for either a further delivery attempt to be made or for you to collect your order from the courier company. 

In the event that DTS and/or its duly appointed courier company is unable to contact you, despite all reasonable attempts to do so, using the contact details and/or physical delivery address that you provided during the ordering process, we reserve the right to cancel your order and refund to you the money already paid to DTS.

Delivery Times

Our delivery times will vary between 3-7 working days.  While DTS  is firmly committed to delivering your order within the estimated delivery times, we are unable to guarantee that all orders will be delivered within the stipulated time frame, particularly in the event that courier services are very limited during this difficult time.

Costs

All orders over R3000 are delivered free of charge.  All orders under R3000 in value will incur a delivery fee of R250 including VAT.  We do not deliver to farms or informal settlements.

Our liability

DTS is not liable for any incorrect order or delivery where you make an error in the information that you provide to DTS e.g. if you provide the incorrect delivery address or submit an incorrect order.  If you do not provide a valid physical address for delivery, DTS may cancel your order and refund the purchase price.  It may also not be possible for us to deliver to some locations.  If this is the case, we will inform you using the contact details that you provide to us when you make your order, and will arrange for cancellation of the order or delivery to a different delivery address.

We take all reasonable steps to ensure that your ordered products are delivered within 3-7 business days. While DTS will try to ensure a smooth delivery process, in the event that we are unable to meet the estimated delivery time frames, you accept and agree that DTS will not be liable for any losses, liabilities, costs, damages, charges or expenses arising out of the late delivery of your order.   You further acknowledge that the delivery of your order may be impacted by events beyond the control of DTS , such as adverse weather conditions, industrial action, or an inability to secure labour, power, internet services, GSM network connectivity, materials or supplies.
